What Makes you a PROUDgirl or woman?: My dedication to community service. I've learned a lot about the dynamics of it over the past 2 years, and it has been a fantastic experience. I'm trying to learn to serve others while truly expecting nothing in return, trying to recognize on my worst day there's someone who's doing much, much worse, and could need some help from me.

What or who inspires you?: My grandmother. The skyline, strangers, the streets, the Subway, the city. Also: Paychecks, coffee, random acts of kindness, great shoes, and good writing.
