I was so proud of team Bay Shore today! We stayed late and ending up selling everything for our shelter. That means that every single person there will have everything they wanted for the winter. I am so proud of our team's efforts and our fierceness on the runway of course.

Also, it was ridiculously funny to see my friends come to the fashion show. Bay Shore is always the loudest. haha

For our last give I proposed that we clean up one of the gardens throughout our town. Going into the give I thought it was going to be just like our other ones, rewarding and special but not necessarily riveting. I was so wrong. When we figured out that the garden we were going to be cleaning up was in a very very neglected area of town, I know I was a little hesitant, and I assume the other girls were as well. When we got to the garden, our hopes didn't rise.

For our last give, Camille and I thought we should do something with the Beautification Society in our town. We thought that since spring is coming up, it would be a lot of fun to help clean up the gardens as well as plant flowers in them if we could. I really liked our last give. I don't know why it was so special to me, but I felt like in this last give, we made more of a noticeable difference. We made dolls for kids in the hospital so they could have a comforting object to hold on to, and so doctors could demonstrate procedures for their young patients.
