I have risen from the ashes of childhood trauma and abuse and have taken those ashes and spun them into something golden.

I am a teeny tiny gal, but my spirit is miles wide.

What or who inspires you?

All things of the natural world make my heart sing. I am inspired by individuals who are committed to living their lives mindfully, finding the courage to do their inner homework so that they may bless the world . . . wow!

Things you do to be a better person.

I am a "do no harm" kind of gal each and every day, while maintaining my voice and my truth. I am a psychotherapist, always growing myself, so that I may help others grow.
