What Makes you a PROUDgirl or woman?: I am a PROUDgirl because I have the courage and faith to go after the life of my dreams and know that it is possible. I want to help as many girls/women know that they are perfect as they are and they can have everything they ever imagined. We can all have a life filled with joy, love, laughter, and FUN.

What makes you unique?: I love all things health and wellness, I am obsessed with alternative medicine and alternative therapies, I am always striving to live my best life, I live from my heart. I love to write, paint, make colleges, and collect quotes that inspire me.

What or who inspires you?: Total health inspires me most. I strive to be a picture of health- in mind, body and spirit. Those who inspire me most: Martin Luther King, Jr., Mother Theresa, Mama Gena, Marianne Williamson, Gabrielle Bernstein, Sarah Jenks, Wayne Dyer, mothers, anyone that lives from their heart.
