This is your chance to change the world with the community service projects you create! PROUDgirls and your favorite brands want to show you our appreciation by rewarding you prizes for your great work.

Be the Change Contest:

The contest will be based on the video and blog submissions of the service projects PGOM teams are doing to create change in their communities and the world.


Contest Rules:

1. You must be part of a participating PGOM team that has participated in at least two PROUDgives prior to the submission date of April 15th, 2011.
2. Entries must be for teams, and not individuals.
3. Decide amongst your team, which PROUDgive video best represents the change you’ve created in your community or the world.
4. Submit the URL link from your team page video on PROUDgirls.com (not youtube) to Carla and Diane at info@PROUDgirls.com by midnight on April 15th, 2011.
5. Submit a blog post URL link from PROUDgirls.com that describes an experience from that same PROUDgive and include it in the SAME email as your video submission.
6. For BONUS POINTS: Submit a URL link from PROUDgirls.com to the photo album for that PROUDgive for an additional 2 points.
7. Include the following information in the email:

• Your name
• Your email
• Your team name
• Your phone number
• URL link to Video
• URL link to Blog
• URL link to Photo Album(optional BONUS POINTS)
  

Judging Information:

Entrees will be judged on a point system from 0-5(highest) meaning your team can receive up to 22 points on the following criteria:

1. Most funds raised/and or most impact on the community (i.e. raising $5000 or serving 500 people at a soup kitchen)
2. Most Creative Idea for Give
3. Video that tells the best story of the Give
4. Best Blog on the Give
5. Extra 2 points for Photo Album
   

Judging will take place by our panel of sponsors including Old Navy, Girls Life Magazine and Tura Eyewear.

1st 2nd and 3rd prizes will be announced online on May 6th at 8PM.
