ok hey guys diane wanted me to use the website to tell you all your jobs and i have no idea if im sending this message in the right spot but hopefully i am lol

Here are the jobs for the fashion show and the dates you must complete them by. please know that these dates are the same for every other pgom team and i didnt set them lol if you haev any problems or need clarifications on your job, please let me know asap cause thisll only work if you guys all do your jobs on tme! thanks!


P.J. and Genna- make fliers to put in bags in the store for customers two weeks prior to the fashion show to promote it and get people to come. these must include the old navy logo and the pgom logo (found on the website) be creatvie! due date: nov.8

Marissa and Nicole- create tickets to prmote the event. these will include the date time locatation etc so people know when its all going down..also make a note on them stating taht it is free to come but we want people to buy outfits for the girls. there are 16 of us and we each need to give out 10 to our friends and family, so we need a total of 160 tickets (at least). due date: Nov. 8th

P.J. Genna, Nicole and Marissa will also be making the tags for the outfits that will be on display for people to purchase for the girls. You will have to type up a paragraph bio about the girls so people know where its going. kaitlin and i will get the bios...so you dont have to starte this quite yet but it will be due Nov. 17th

The west girls were in charge of posters, which they told me they already finsihed.

Julia and Courtney- Make a cd of songs to be played as we get ready and during the show. these have to be appropriate lol. Due date: Nov. 19th

Justine and Ashley- Stage designers. I believe the theme of our show is disco so you guys need to set up a scene for a disco party. Discos balls, strobe lights...that sorta stuff. You guys are creative so im sure youll do it good. Im going to old navy with kaitlin and ill letcha know what we have to work with. We also need a podium and microphone if you guys have one? Due date: November 19th

Justine and Julia will also be in charge of taking pictures.

Stephanie- mcing the show and helping with tags.

Casey- tags and can help with stage design.

we will all take turns videoing people, interviewing them, and being interviewed. any questions please let me know.
